PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project presents a contemporary architectural design defined by clarity, balance and material precision. Clearly articulated volumes compose the building, with a solid, grounded base supporting a lighter upper storey, creating a strong yet refined identity. The upper volume, clad in dark metal panels with vertical joints, appears to hover above the ground floor, emphasising horizontality and visual lightness.

The façade is characterised by carefully proportioned openings that create a dynamic interplay between solid and void, ensuring controlled natural light and privacy. At ground level, light-coloured rendered surfaces combine with warm timber elements, reinforcing continuity between interior and exterior spaces. Slender, inclined steel columns add both structural support and visual rhythm to the elevation.

The interiors reflect the same approach, focused on comfort, simplicity and spatial quality. Circulation areas are bright and fluid, enhanced by indirect lighting and tactile materials such as timber slats and translucent panels. Communal areas are welcoming and informal, encouraging social interaction.

Private rooms prioritise functionality and well-being, featuring integrated furniture, soft lighting and a restrained palette inspired by natural tones. Overall, the project expresses a measured and coherent contemporary architecture, attentive to detail and everyday experience, where design supports both function and calm.
