LONDON_{/ ROSEBURY FARM}

Situated within the London Green Belt, the project revitalised a contaminated site, shaping it into a model of eco-conscious living.
The development features timber frame buildings that seamlessly integrate energy-efficient solutions, including ventilated facades, PV panels, MVHR systems, chilled ceilings, and underfloor heating, to minimize the project's carbon footprint and achieve the Net Zero Energy (NZE) target.

HONG KONG_{/ SHEK KONG}

The project translates the traditional characters of the Chinese house, Siheyuan, in the contemporary architectural language. The courtyard remains the core of the house, delimited on all four sides with single-story constructions to preserve its openness. The main living block is aligned with patio central axis to reinforce its importance. Large continuous openings accentuate the linearity of the roofs and emphasise the the concept of a contained patio.

TUSCANY_{/ CACCIARELLA}

In 2021, we took on the role of leading the architectural design for the renovation of this one-of-a-kind villa in Giglio Island, having been appointed by the prestigious New York-based interior design firm Charles & Co. Given the architectural value of the existing building and its unique location, the role required a significant level of architectural sensitivity. The project is subject to NDA and no additional information can be shared with the public.

TREVISO_{/ PALAZZO DELLA LUCE}

San Nicolò Palace is an historic building located inside the city walls of Treviso, opposite to the cathedral. Left abandoned for many years, the palace is now fully refurbished and revitalised through a thorough operation of revalorization. This conservation project aimed to create a modern office/co-working building equipped with the highest functional standards, while respecting the historic character of the building.
