What this website collects

This website has no contact form, no user accounts and no newsletter. It does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from this website, not from third-party services.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name and whatever you include in your message. We use this information only to reply to you and, if we then work together, to manage the project.

We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where relevant, to take steps you have asked for before entering into a contract. We keep correspondence [for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, or for X years after the end of a project], unless the law requires us to keep it longer. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone, except the provider that hosts our email [name of email provider].

Job applications

If you send us your CV, we use it only to assess your application. We keep it [for up to X months] in case a suitable position opens up, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). Like any web server, Netlify automatically records technical information such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. Netlify acts on our behalf; transfers of this information outside the UK and the European Economic Area are covered by [Netlify’s data processing agreement and standard contractual clauses – to be confirmed].
